1. Acceptance

By using Clipperz.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Clipperz to clip publicly available YouTube videos for lawful content repurposing purposes. You may not use Clipperz to process copyrighted content you do not have rights to repurpose, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Credits & Billing

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits expire 365 days after purchase. Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if no credits have been consumed in that period.

4. Content Ownership

You own all clips you create. Clipperz claims no rights to your output. We retain no copies of your processed clips beyond the retention period of your plan.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
