We collect information you provide directly (email address, usage preferences) and information generated by your use of the service (clips created, pages visited, events triggered). We do not store the content of YouTube videos you process — we access them via URL and discard data after processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Clipperz service, send transactional emails (receipts, credit usage alerts), and — where you have opted in — product update emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the product is used. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time via your browser settings.
4. Data Retention
Clip files are retained according to your plan (3 days Free, 60 days Creator, 90 days Pro, unlimited Agency). Top-up credits expire after 365 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@clipperz.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
